To Make Ginger’s Cup Cake
INGREDIENTS
:
- · ½ Kg wheat flour
- · 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- · Ginger to taste
- · ½ kg gula jawa
- · 2 eggs
- · 1 tablespoon of sugar
- · 1 cup of oil
UTENSILS:
- Steamer
- Cup cake
- Mould
STEP:
1. Break eggs and put baking soda in the bowl, then mix it.
2. Add the caramel ( gula jawa ang ginger that have been boiled using 2 cups water) into dough then mix it.
3. Pour the oil into the dough then mix it.
4. Put wheat flour, and stir until the dough smooth.
5. Mold the dough using cup cake after it, steam for 15 minutes.
6. The ginger’s cup cake have already to be serve.
